The staff responds to emails within a few hours if I have questions and give consistent updates on things happening within the community. My apartment is perfect size for what I need and all the appliances are up to date. The fitness center and pool are well maintained. Overall my time here so far has been wonderful

Property kept up pretty well, rental rates good for the area, staff friendly to me. Lots of green space to walk dogs and large fenced in dog area. Only issue is with residents who don't always clean up after their dogs. Wish management assigned someone to enforce this more.

The Property Staff has always been readily available to answer any questions and engage in any requests I have been most grateful as a resident for that kind of connection I also appreciate the time they offer to listen to what matters to you As for the Maintenance Staff, they have always been welcoming with prompt service and professional service The property is beautiful and very well maintained I have absolutely no desire to relocate because of my personal attachment to all what Timber Ridge Apartments offers Thank you Timber Ridge Apartments from a very happy and appreciative resident

submitted by Janice R. - |Recommended: YesI love this place — The most important aspect of this place is 1-clean 2-no noise I work 10hours shifts and I’m able to sleep 3-kindly all the staff very nice in all the aspects if you need maintenance is done less than 24hours 4-security when I come home at any times I always see Oak Creek police around this area that make me feels very safe

submitted by Andie R. - |Recommended: YesGreat — So far so good ai’m not officially moved in and living there yet. I was initially given the pin for my apartment and was able to get in smoothly I was unable to get my mail key right away and am still waiting on that, but so far so good.

Management has always been easy to work with and quick to respond to any needs I have had. The Maintenance Staff has always been timely and professional. The grounds and Facility are always kept in great condition. Look forward to more years here. Also Jason the property manager is very easy to work with

submitted by Ivy L. - |Recommended: YesTimber Ridge Apartments — The property is clean, I haven’t had a bad interaction with anyone in my building nor with property staff My only ’problem’ is how thin the walls seemingly are, but that’s to be expected in a multiple family building so I really can’t complain. The place is cute and my questions get answered right away.
